I started riding horses when I got my first
pony on my 4th birthday. I have been riding horses ever
since. I grew up playing cowboys and Indians on
horseback and rode anything with hair.At age 12,
started training my family's Quarter Horses and
Paints they were breeding and raising. Though I could
ride, I was far from being a horseman. After being
kicked, bit bucked off, reared on top of, etc. I
started looking for more effective and safer ways to
work with horses. Just before I turned 14 , I
attended a Pat Parelli Seminar in the spring of 2001. I was amazed at
the results and the communication that Pat, Linda,
and their students had with their horses.
From that point on, I
have been studying and using
Natural Horsemanship in my training program and having a
blast with horses. In the
winter of 2007 I had the chance to spend
6 weeks in FL. at
the Parelli International Study Center.
I am a full time
student of horsemanship. I am always striving to
be the best horseman and
teacher that I can be.
I want to work with
people who are looking to
build a relationship
between them and their horses
built on the foundation of Love, Language,
and Leadership in equal doses.
